I was wondering if any of you have experience with Cleaning the TB. I have been getting some bad throttle response and one of the things I want to check is if mine is dirty. My gas mileage and idle are being weird too, so I hope this is the culprit. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, is ultrasonic cleaning on the TB worth it?

Oh, and one more thing, will I have to adjust my TPS once the cleaning and reinstallation has been performed?

Thanks
Chris

Also make sure that there is no slack in your throttle cable.

Thanks. I was hoping there might be more info available from those who have done the work since what was posted on ser.net. I'm not sure how the info there applies to my car being that our intakes are different.

You throttle body is the same as all US spec SR20DE's, so that procedure on the SE-R.net is no different than what you would do.

Or am I missing something here? If I am not, you might want to spend a little more time looking through all that is available to you on that site. Best place to get started.
