Summer time is almost over and in another few mounths I'll be taking of my rims and putting the good old stock 15's back on. I have a 99 seL and need to put new tires on the rims... I was wondering if there was any advantage if i put on a tire with less profile... pros and cons. stock is 195/55r15.. If i go to a 195/50r15 will i see a defference? I am just courious as to what others have to say about this. I am under the impression that this will change my drive ratio

Since stock is 195/55/15, I'd recommend going up to 205/50/15. Should come out to be the same sidewall height so the ratio won't change much. And the ride should be the same although the handling/braking should improve with the wider tires.;)
