I searched but couldn't find any info. Can somebody link me if you know where the info is. (I would like to know how to wire both fans to a switch so I can manually run these when I need to) Thanks

Run a hot wire off your battery through an inline fuse to a switch. Then run that lead to your fans and splice them into the brown wire with a whjite stripe. That should do it.

Will that effect the normal cycle of the fans? PS: Somebody please help me cut down the pic of my car so it doesn't take up half the page.

No, as long as you splice into the brown/white wire and not replace it with the new hot.

i have a question sorta opposite of this... my fan is always on... as long as in key is in the on position, it stays on... what is causing that even though i like it to stay on all the time???

MY fans used to stay on all the time too. I didn't like it though, took along time to warm up in the winter. I now have mine on a switch. I went to the J/Y and got an extra switch for the rear defroster(I think). Been a while since I drove the car. Either way I got the switch that lights up when on, so now the fans won't come on till you push the switch. Only problem was getting my G/F used to it. But I never could figure out why they were always on.

speaking of taking a long time to heat up in the winter, my car has the proper anti-freeze during the winter, but when i drive it and rev it up real hard it just barely moves the temp needle, am i lacking a thermostat? it takes awhile to warm up real hot, i have to literally rev the damn thing up real hard to get it to warm up, anyone got an answer? thanx

My car is the same way. Takes mine a while to warm up without the fans now. You should check to see if there is a thermostat in yours. I have a brand new one. I once read that the gauges only had like 3 settings. Cold, Warm, and Hot. It said that the gauges wouldn't go up to the next setting till they reached a certain temp. My gauge goes up slowly so I am not sure about this.

so i need a thermostat? that was my assumption but in this cold ass chicago winter we have, my lazy ass doesnt wanna go out in the 60 degree below zero weather and place a thermostat in my car, i should just do it in the fall.....

You should check yours first. They aren't expensive or even hard to change. It would only take 3 minutes to change it.

On that note you need to take your car to a shop.
