Here's my S14 SR20DE+T's bin, it's for 10:1 with 450CC injectors and a stock MAF...
I can't recommend running it with out alcohol+water injection (10:1 NA pistons aren't the most boost friendly), but it's a good start.

You can't use it directly with your ECU, but the maps are still useful.
