: OK I am Pissed (cont)
SR20RACER 08-23-2002, 09:12 PM So here we go, I called his house again and his sister says that she hasn't seen her brother for a while but she says that the package is sitting on the back porch. I gave her my name and number and told her to have her parents call me.So my question is: Is there anybody near Springville MA? I will pay somebody to go and pick this up for me. I have cash or I have some parts that I can give to somebody if they can do this for me. The guys screen name is T25NX2k. I don't know if he is purposly avoiding me or he is passed out in a gutter or what. I feel better that my header is there but still need to get the DP I traded him or get back my header. This guy seemed cool so I'm not sure what the hell happened to make this trade go wrong. SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
santraser 08-24-2002, 12:41 AM You got ripped off my friend. I tried to do a deal with that guy in Springfield. He was supposed to meet up with me to buy my pace setter header and he started acting weird when I wouldn't ship it (he lives 45 min from me. He got personal about it and started name calling. If it doesn't work out for you, give me his address and I will email you privately with what happens when me and some friends go visit him.
Chris93SER 08-24-2002, 01:06 AM SR20RACER,
Is T25NX's first name Tony? The reason I ask is, I did a swap with someone by that name from Springfield, MA and later read on this forum that he had scammed someone/was scamming people. I was suprised to read this, because when I did business with him, he was a real stand up guy. He promptly held up to his end of the bargin. If T25NX's first name is not Tony, then I sincerely apologize to the Tony who I did business with. That is the main reason why I didn't yet mention his last name, previous forum username, address, etc.
Edit: I just discovered T25NX's first name is indeed Tony. He has put his name at the end of numerous posts in the For Sale/WTB forum. I hope this is just one big misunderstanding because that would be a damn shame if he is ripping people off.
mpg9999 08-24-2002, 02:29 AM http://www.sr20deforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20516 (not defending his actions, just pointing this out) maybe by chance there is some sort of misunderstaning. I really hope so, I hate to see this happen.
Benito Malito 08-24-2002, 02:52 AM Hey I saw him a few weeks ago. I went up to Mass. to see about buying his 93 classic. The car was too much for me to handle, but Tony seemed like an ok guy. I had no problem getting hold of him at all. He didn't seem like the scamming type. Who knows ***'
Chris93SER 08-24-2002, 03:03 AM That was my impression of him also. I'm 99.9% positive Tony's (T25NX2k) previous username on this board was "fast92nx". I doubt there are two different Tony's on this board from Springfield, MA. Like I said, he was a pleasure to do business with.
With all that having been said, I'm not trying to defend him at all. I'm merely relaying my experience with him. The bottom line is, SR20RACER says he hasn't recieved his part and if he's getting scammed, that's f**ked up.

Benito Malito 08-24-2002, 03:10 AM yeah totally; I'm sorry if you are getting scammed. Just realying experiences etc...
94sentraSER 08-24-2002, 04:07 AM so at this point why dont you speak to his sister and if the parts are still there tell her to go to the post office and send them to you, i'm sure she would agree with you if you were to give your side of the story, and since he has been kidnapped then you still have the right to receive your parts regardless, i'm sure at this point you are getting desperate and you will do whatever it takes to get your parts.......capeesh?
SR20RACER 08-24-2002, 09:36 AM Yeah his name is Tony Day, and if this is all a big misunderdtading I apologize to him and to the forum members for calling him out without having solid proof he is a scammer, but on the other hand if this is a scam I want to jump all over it before time goes by. His sister sounds young and like I said his sister said she would have his parents call me but they haven't so I am just going to keep calling until I get a hold of them. They don't know me either so I don't know if they will mail it C.O.D. to me or what.
If somebody lives close to him I will either give you a good deal on this HS header ($200) or I will pay you to send it COD to me. He does live in Springville MA. Somebody please let me know.
To TONY: If you are reading this under another screen name or something, as you can tell people are willing to help me that live close to you and you will be known as scammer if you don't come correct. Let me know WTF is going on. It has been 2 weeks and I have no part and I haven't heard from you and I have tried to PM you and email you several times. I just want the DP like we agreed or I want my header back. I hope this is some screw up and you are in an Mexican jail or something but even if you are you still said that you shipped it on the 12th and never have given me a tracking # and UPS ground does not take that long. I shipped yours the 13th and somebody signed for this at your house on the 20th. This whole thing makes me sick and not wanting to do business with somebody unless it is like JGY or Andreas Miko. (somebody that has a proven history)
santraser 08-24-2002, 10:28 AM His name is Tony---and he lives in SpringFIELD mass--there is no springville. He is just a kid--and yes he used to be fastnx until he scammed some people last year.
97 Black SER 08-24-2002, 11:57 AM Being just a kid is no excuse for scamming people. There are a lot of people under 20 on this board. I was only 18 when I joined and I've managed to buy and sell several parts without scamming anyone.
WhiteSER20 08-24-2002, 12:50 PM foote we should take a trip up 40 mins from our house
97 Black SER 08-24-2002, 02:17 PM I already PMed the guy. I think it would be nice if 25 se-r/nissans stopped by his house to say waaaaaasup bitch, wheres the header at?
SR20RACER 08-24-2002, 03:32 PM Sorry he does live in Spirngfield not Srpingville. The header is on his back porch (says his sister). Is $50 worth a 1 1/2 hr drive?
SERfanatic 08-24-2002, 06:15 PM :D You are all correct, his name is Tony Day and he lives in Springfield, MA. I recently bought a CAI from this kid and it took about 3 weeks for me to get it. I sent him a USPS money order and the day he got it he sent me an e-mail telling me that the CAI would be on the mail the next day. It took three weeks and ten e-mails later from me to finally get the CAI.
SR20RACER 08-24-2002, 06:55 PM I just want somebody to go and get my header because I have a feeling I am getting screwed here. UPS doesn't take this long to deliver something.
Storm88000 08-24-2002, 07:44 PM This is very odd.
I bought a ACT clutch kit from Tony, (T25NX2k) and had no problems. I pay-paled him the $, I received the clutch promptly.
But I do agree, with all this BS happening, and me losing $600, something has to be done because it's getting out of hand.
SR20RACER 08-24-2002, 08:31 PM I am hoping that this is all a big misunderstanding.
94sentraSER 08-25-2002, 02:25 AM from the looks of it brother, i dont think its a misunderstanding, he knew he was supposed to send the header out when he promised there is no excuse for him to not send it, i think you should have some forum members go to his house and claim that header, the more time that passes , the less chance you have of getting your header, make moves quickly and take this as a situation that you are being scammed, don't delay anymore time , act now dammit!!!!
Chris93SER 08-25-2002, 03:01 AM Yes, Tony Day (T25NX2k, formerly fast92nx) was the one who I did business with. I didn't want to mention his last name until I knew for sure we were all talking about the same Tony. Like I said before, I really hope this is just a misunderstanding. If not, something really needs to be done about this if yet another scam is occuring. As for being a kid, Tony is 20 years old, as am I. That's no excuse for not sending out a part on time or scamming someone out of their money. Not to mention, 20 years old is an adult as far as I'm concerned.
Oh well. I've had a couple drinks and I'm just babbling on. :o
