I am running MT90 in my car currently, but I am changing to Shockproof. The Shockproof is very thick not exactly sure, I think it is 90W-250 or something along those lines, some say it can help save your tranny when you are thrashing it.

I was using MTL, but now MOTUL (regret it).

use heavy shockproof. It cushions the gears a little and clings the best to parts.

super heavy shockproof rocks. i heard there is a guy that didnt tighten his drain plug and ran 8000 miles on no fluid before he realized it, just refilled it and everything was fine. not sure if this is true, but i would believe it.

i spilled some on my compressor housing, and it kept the exact same shape (as in didnt budge) and consistency until i degreased my engine bay 2 months and 3000 miles later.

kicks ass, and doesnt make the car feel noticeably slower.
