i want to go to the towers some time and go chill with other nissan peoples that would be cool i have went before but i usualy have my car parked not where the cars are and i dont thikn my car is much to look at but ill park up there next to otther nissans and i think i could even get my friend to go out there with me with his nx and that would be a pair of beat up nxen out there keep posted

i actually came out there one night not too long ago, we were in miami and wanted to check out the race scene. I seen a couple guys with forum shirts on but they didnt seem too interested in talking to me, guess they thought i was a honda boy =).... but it was nice to see some sr20's reppin.anyway

Lets make a date for next week. We should all meet up prior to going to the towers. I have like 5 Sr20 powered cars that will show!

Saturday will be better for me *** i should have the bottle warmer hooked up...unless he can do it friday night. Either way it wont take long hopefully. Yeah Craig drop me a line.

:mad: wtf! i swear there must be some kindof curse....everytime i say im ***** go meet up at towers finally....something bad happens to my nx!!

last time i was ***** go there and was out and everything, but then when i was approaching i95, i smelled dead fish and saw smoke coming from the hood......my radiator had just taken its last shit....

:( now after all this time and i have finally got the project car up to speed after finally replacing the drivers axle, alt, and battery along with some minor body work, (like replacing the light housing in the back)......i go ahead and say im ***** be there this weekend and what happens.......well......about a half hour ago my starter decided to take a dump aswell.

i gotta tell ya though, chalk another one up for dre, called him right before the tow truck guy showed up and he let me know exactly what i wanted to know in detail.....i just didnt know exactly where the starter was on our engines...had an idea, but wasnt sure till he told me........

then presto!! with a flick of the rist i used a trick that i remembered from some mechanics awhile back, i took a putter that i had in the trunk from when i bought the car, and slightly banged the solenoid to get its last life out........hopped in the car....said a short prayer, and chug chug CHUG!!! VRRROOMMM!!!

YES!! jumped out closed the hood, jumped the fuck back in and got the hell out of there right before the tow truck guy saw me.....just saved myself 45bux that i can use towards my new alternator. (thanx andreas)

so ill probably be out of commission until i get a new starter in her, if im lucky enough to get the part by thurs, id be able to put it in friday and then be there with the rest of you guys saturday....one can only hope so much though.

Im there every Friday and Satday! A Red Classic with a Pulsar hood, If it looks like shit...thats me! I am always there with a couple eggs and a few classics. All us Nissan boys should meet up one weekend. I was there last weekend n Andreas showed up with a few other Classics...

cool, so its true...there ARE always a couple nx there. alright soon as i get the car running again (and safe :rolleyes: ) ill be another nx to the group. need to get rid of the "slicks" first. but you guys will finally get to see how banged up my car really is, well atleast looks wise :(
