Cops took my SE-R. :( We were stripping it down for the track but apparently someone called it in as an abandoned vehicle. Stupid law says no street parking for 72hrs, never heard of it until today!

I can get the vehicle release from the cops, but towing and storage is going to be $200 or more. I just got laid off last week so I need to save my money for food/rent.

Runs/drives, no interior, 203k miles, no 5th gear pop-out. Bought it last month, we've stripped out the car (no seats - have a Recaro I might sell cheap) to prep for a cage. Dash is out, so I still have it in the garage. A bunch of other parts (AD22VFs, Hotshot Gen V, BBS rims, spares, etc.) I'll sell with the car, or on the forums shortly.

Serious buyers can e-mail me directly hongdquan at yahoo dot com.

The longer you wait the more expensive it gets (per day storage fee). It was towed (yeah, stupid cops made a mistake but I still have to pay) either today or yesterday.

Thanks,
Hong

Oh yeah, fresh oil change a few weeks ago, 0 miles since. It's still on the first tank of gas I put in the damn car! And it's half full!!!

Just called the tow yard. Fees are $260. Police want $35 to release the vehicle, even though it was their mistake. Awesome.

Well note to self; Don't strip interior and leave in street. I think pulling out the front seats is what put you over the edge. You got a bad neighbor? Sucks man I am like you wrenhing on my interior in the street.

Just got my car out of the tow yard, those bitches charged me for 3 days, so $310 total. And cops took me for $33. So $343 out of my pocket and I'm broke.

First person with $750 in my hand takes the car. Extras, well, will cost you extra cause I can take my time selling the parts.

I'm in Santa Clara, which I just learned is the city which tows cars the fastest.

And my neighbor is a dick for reporting the car as "abandoned".
