Welcome to the Forum. ADV22 front brakes from a NX2000 are a common and economic brake upgrade.

Hello again, so yesterday i went to the racetrack for a test for my car. With my cars club, only nissans race in that heat, and some others invited too.

Here are some pics.

Again on the final turn in the S turns.

After 3 laps the car starts to heat up, so i finish the race like in 5th gear, no more racing, only driving like my mom...

I raced with 2 Slicks in the front and 2 Semi-slicks in the back, Completly stock and only changed brake pads, and brake fuild for a motul RBF600.

I feel that the car handles pretty well, and it brakes great!!!
next trackday is in july and i hope to be more prepared.

Are the front rims Five-fives from a Integra?

they sure do look like it, slap some blades (minus center caps) on there :D

Awesome racing dude, did you manage to hold on to your spots or were you waving by most of the race?

i dont know what type of rims are that, i borrowed them from a friend...

I started last and finished last, what happened is that the car started to heat up, so i leave of the throttle and try to finish the race... when i entered to the pits, the car temperature was normal again... i think thata happened because the box air filter started to get hot air from the engine...

The race was nice, and i hope to start making some mods to the car, like a CAI, Headers, StrutBars... so in july i can race in equal conditions to other cars...

BTW the race was 5 laps and the car start heating at the 3rd lap, so the first one in the race, lapped me, and I only raced 4 laps... but it was enought.

if you are going to do a lot of HPDE's i would highly suggest investing in some heatwrap..that stuff will make your underhood temps drop at least 50% (wouldnt suggest running a cat). I ran that on my supra for years and boy it works wonders...

Just dont do the 12" kit, the 11'' wildwood kit is the way to go and they are on gb right now

You could always go balls out and get an electric water pump, but that would be major over-kill on a stock car. OEM is the way to go.

Hello, so im going for the original water pump, now i want to start making mods to my SR20DE engine, I tested compresion per cilinder and it was (180,180,175,180), so it is great. Im going to get a CAI, and want a header, but i dont know what to put in there, i have been told that the Hotshot 4-2-1 headers are the best. But i wanted to put a 4-1 header, can someone help me with that??? any sugestion???

BTW i found Nismo Headers in internet, are they good??? anyone have used it???
