Well I tried this once before and seeing that it's an 8-$900 decision I'm looking for more input.

Everyone seems to have an opinion and I'd like to hear em' all.

Thanks!

15". it looks great. just need to lower your car after you do it. ;)

tip:

http://www.machiii.net for the wheels and www.tires.com for the tires. use their free shipping to your advantage.

here's mine with my 15" rota subzero's on it. total price: $675 shipped with tires to my door. not bad for wheels weighing 12lbs each.

Anything larger than 15" on a Sentra looks like a cartoon. Go 15", wheels are cheap, tires are cheap (and good!).

Thats such a rip off. I looked up some 205/50/15 Kuhmos, they cost $69 each, they have free shipping. www.tirerack.com has the same tires for $58 each. Tires.com will charge you more, but say shipping is free, they basically add the cost of shipping in the price of the tire.

Gotta go with 15's. Lower your car and they'll look sweet.

Its a tough decision. I have had 15, 16s and 17s on my SE-R. I think 15s are too small, 17s are way too big. 16s on a classic ROCK! :D Not to mention you cant fit big brakes under 15s! ;)

I had 17's on my Classic for about 3 years and never had a problem. IMHO they look great!

Yep tires are nice and cheap and if you go with 50 series tires your rolling diameter will be very very close to factory 14" with 60 series tires.
I check my rpms vs. speed before and after my 15" wheels and there was very little diffrence....maybe a mph or 2 at most.

Got Eneki 16's on my 92 classic, wise decision since the turbo is coming. But also have the option to switching out with my specV thats sporting the stock 17's, oh they so nice!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the imput!
it's about 15:1 for 15" wheels

So I'm gonna listen to the crowd and go with:

15x7 Borbet Type S wheels
&
205/50 15 SO3's

Thanks for all your help!!!

Sorry but the SpecV rims will not fit on the classic. The bolt patterns are different.

Well, didnt realize the bolt patterns were diff... Guess I can only switch the eneki's over to the specV, since they fit both bolt patterns. AIN'T THAT A BITCH!!

Why is everyone against 17", what are the bad experiences with them? A few friends of mine had 17" racing heart white rims and it looked bad ass. My view is to roll on 17" for the looks, and when you race just put on the stocks!

I have no personal experiences with rims, but I myself am debating between 16" and 17".

I will not get 17" wheels, because they will give me less sidewall which in turn will give my car even more wheelhop. If and when I upgrade it will be between a 15" and a 16", but I am leaning to a 15".
