Turbo'd SR was running fine for a while right after the T28 was installed on a DE. Now it's bogging at any boost.

It has new fuel pump (Walbro 255lph), filter, 370 injectors, JWT programed for set up. All vaccum lines and hoses were checked and it's still bogging. It's got NGK R copper plugs and they're getting plenty of spark. They have a little carbon deposit on them.

Any ideas on what to check next would be appreciated.

One last thing. It runs fine if I rev it and spray starting fluid in it.

Thanks,
Tommy

Anybody? Ideas? Flames? Scathing criticisms?

I would like say...Check the MAF(if its grounded right, etc etc etc..), TPS(calibrated right). Other than that you covered the rest. I would just make sure really close that all the vacum lines are tight. I didnt get a chane to see your set-up, but also...If you running the by-pass valve or blow-off valve...Check those fittings. Intake filter on? Check all those fittings. If any air is escaping there will be little problems.

I had this problem right before I had bearing failure and shot a rod through the side of my block. If you hear a knocking noise...DONT DRIVE IT. I just swapped in my 2nd DET

Tommy,
Is it making any boost at all?
If not, I bet your exhaust is clogged. Drop the downpipe and see from there.

Thats pretty good list of things to check and be cautious of...And from what you told me earlier on-line...Its kinda hard for you to tell. But if you have any problems let me know.
