^Cut the GA16 hose? Been there done that a long time ago. The hose was not the problem, it was the welds in the bottom tank.

^KOYO Radiator - Part # 1440 1.6L NON SE-R
^KOYO Radiator - Part # 1977 2.0L SE-R

^I know my way around radiators and the Godspeed didn't workout for me. Good luck to those who will attempt to buy it, or for those who are running it.

Its obvious you got a bad one. I had a couple koyo when they first came out. I vowed to myself never to use one again because it was way over doing it for the $ . I ended up selling it and just using an modine all metal rad with identical results with daily boosting on b13 according to my water temps. Its just not "necessary" norcal temps.

^You are probably right, but I have went through 4 radiators in my car and money is not holding me back on getting a KOYO. I want the best and this is what I will get. I will only benefit and I don't have to worry about plastic tanks leaking. I got the money for it and it's a one time payment so I don't look at it as not being worth it. My car will be running super cool and that's all I want.

Ive used a koyo for the non se-r with 1" outlet on my old turbo se-r. I just used smaller hose for adapters and never had any issues at all.
