okay so I am a retard, looked up how to on prothanes and took out my tranny mount and cut out the oem rubber. than had a self inflicted heart attack because I have ES INSERTS!. So tried to get OEM mount, one in all of Canada and $100 not available till mon. So I installed rubber back in metal mount still quite stiff and ES inserts and bolted it all back together. My thinking- for now this should work as oem and inserts are held in my metal on all side and bolted down HARD. Eventually I will replace with Prothane but for now do you figure this is safe??

Also choked because I wanted front and rear mount and the only kit from Go fast depot was for sides and cost $65 by the time it got to me in CAN.

New idea if i later take the mount back out and use window wld will that not seal the sucker in there good and secure and be good to go?

my buddy did the same thing with his passenger motor mount and just put the es mount in and bolted it down really good and it still holds to this day or you can put some jb weld in there and drill a hole for the bolt to go through as a temporary solution

yeah seems okay but now my idle has gotten a lot worse! not NVH but the actual typical rough idle went from a 100rpm to a 400rpm stumble and MUCH more frequent!
