Can changing a rod or bearing be done without removing the engine? What is the easiest way?

Little too much boost Dex? If you spun a bearing, you can change them with the engine still in the car, it's not too tough. There should be a few writeups here on the forum.

The bearing, if it is a rod bearing is simple. It helps to have a lift as you have to drop the crossmember to access the 2 oil pans. Pretty much the same thing when you had to tap your block for the oil return. Changing the rod means taking the motor out, no other way.
