meh, went got booted by security/cops...went home..wont be back next year, i would rather have a BBQ with a crew like i used to do when I had my supra....anyways
who crashed? I passed a bunch of SR20 guys just before Seattle and it looked like an integra smashed someone. Did anyone else see those 5+ accidents on I-5 in the early morning?

Yea, this is my second time going in 4 years. WAYYYYYY too many 240s. Not much more you can do to a 240 to impress me. Seen it all.

I saw the wrecks on the way up. We hit ice. It sucked.

yea there was a shit ton of 240s...and most of them were just hacked together anyways...a few clean ones, but mostly rice. There was an R35 there, looked good...but yea, bbq with the crew is more my style, but at least i can say i went.

OH yea, one more thing..they need to rename I-5 near metro seattle "the road of death" because if you have anything more than stock dampers/springs (me on tein basics = pwned), you will not have teeth left by the time you exit the freeway. I thought, honesty, that my car was going to be shaken to pieces and that i should expect to see smoke pouring out of the back of my car at anytime. Another reason I wont be bringing that car back up there.

Damn cops kicked alot of people out because of parking at fire lanes and on the main strip.

There was also a wedding scheduled that day, hence the black limo. So they kicked us out of a little section so they can have the wedding.

No, cops were being really strict about parking along the main strip/fire lanes. And because of that wedding thing, lost a section of the parking as well. Weather wasn't cooperating as well.

As a last minute thing.....The parks board did not allow us to setup the bbq.jrbump also had to shut down his grill as per the parks board request.The wedding party did not help with things either.

Rule against BBQ-ing in a public park? WTF is wrong with WA? What innane regulations would cause the cessation of a jrbump BBQ? That stuff is serious legit.

bottom line, it sucked.

wont be headed back next year, woke up at 0330 and drove 3.5 hours to get kicked out of the section that the wedding party had "reserved" about an hour after I had parked in a legit parking spot..whack.

edit: Anyone throwing a bbq anytime soon at a local park or something? or should we maybe put one together to make up for this calamity?

I passed by that wreck, i just assumed someone got squirrely on some ice and hit the guard rail there was enough people stopped there so i just kept going....all i saw was that smashed integra...damn, did the driver make it out?

I also saw 4 more wrecks about 4 miles up the highway, an IS300 wrapped around a tree on the southbound side of the freeway state patrol just arrived , a Jeep smashed into the center barrier ems on scene, a pickup truck down into a ditch w/ state patrol on scene and a buick or something in the ditch just before sea-tac airport state patrol on scene...it was a mess out there.
