Ordered off the web, do they take a long time to get the parts out?

I have never had any problems with them. I have ordered a lot of stuff from them and never had a problem.

They are good people, I've only had one problem, but it was handled very well. I ordered some gauges, and they sent the wrong color. I called back the same day, and they said to send the old ones back, and they actually sent out the right ones before getting the ones they sent me instead.

Every other time I bought something, it came quickly.

I know this is an old thread, but it is in regards to my order on www.summitracing.com . I actually made two seperate orders with summit for pieces for the exhaust I am building at home. Ordering off the website was fairly easy to do, I had no problems, they have a good online store that is very extensive and very easy to navigate too. Well onto their service... it was OUTSTANDING!!! I placed two seperate orders on the same day, one shipment I recieved two days later, the other larger order came on day number three, all of this with STANDARD shipping rates! Wow! I am so happy with the service I got from Summit Racing I definitely recommend doing business with them, they definitely hooked me up with my 3" exhaust cutout y-pipe, 3" catalytic converter, 2.25 x 24" resonator, a 3" to 2.25" reducer, and several 2.25 90* mandrel bends, I am so gracious for their service. And to tell you the truth. they have given me and my father great products and service in the past too. Don't hesitate to buy from www.summitracing.com or from Summit Racing through their catalog, their number to order is 1-800-230-3030. Plus right now for the holidays, they are offering free shipping on everything so don't hesitate, you have my word, Summit is an upstanding company that is worth working with.

you are correct. shipping has always been free for me... but they charge $9.95 for handling. :thumbsdown:

it would be nice if they included that in their ads.

on a side note i usually get things i order in one or two days max. :biggthump

I figured I'd bump this up with a positive review for Summit. I ordered last Friday, and I just tracked the order and it is at my house (3 business days).

I don't order from Summit that often, but they are good when I can't get something from Forum Vendors.
