I have a question. When looking at them I can't figure out how they are going to fit in the old mounts. First off am I only going to be pushing the old mounts out of the front mount (crossmember)? Do I just keep the rear insulator mounts in and put the two inserts on it? I've done searches and have all the pages that refer to the ES inserts, but still don't understand. I don't know, maybe this is a stupid question, but I'm just having a hard time picturing it. Thanks guys!
The front mount is a full replacement that presses in. It's in a dogbone-shaped bracket that can be removed from the crossmember. Lacking a press, I used a Toyota Corolla to pry it in.
The rear (firewall side) is an insert affair. The fingers go in both sides of stock mount. Kinda. With trimming, swearing, and effort they do. Not-so-hot R&D by ES on that one.

yeah..it's miracle work..so get out your ky jelly and a bible because you'll need to pray while lubing them into place.

i dont know why everyone says its real hard, it took me about 3 min and a vice with the front mount (no lube) and another 2 min for the back mount!

Thanks guys. I'll be putting those in this evening, and I'll let everyone know how it goes. I'm putting in the ES shifter bushing, inserts, and the front and rear stock mounts.

The rear one is a mega pain. The third set we installed, we got smart and used a jack under the crossmember to force it into place. Much easier that way. Still, lube the crap out of it.

What do I do if the rear insulator mount is bent. Obviously this will cause trouble when inserting the inserts. Can I just bend it back or will that weaken the mount? I'm just trying to think of everything that could go wrong.
