Just wandering if any of you have put a cold air intake on your sentra se,While replacing the fuel filter on my wifes car, I noticed the hose that goes from the airbox to the motor was cracked. I was thinking this may be the right time to think about one of these. Also what happens to the fittings that come out of that stock hose on one of these installs? You can cut off that hose and attach a smaller cone filter style, that sort of the breather into the valve cover. What year is your car?

Its a 98,it tore where the first bend is ,where the rubber looks like an accordian,I thought there may have been hoses/wires out from that point. Right now I just have a drop in k&n havent priced the new hose yet. Thanks Chub
