EDIT: Battery Light is illuminated RED!!!

So i thought I already had this fixed right? When the tachometer, fuel gauge, temperature gauge, information panel lights wouldn't come on, I traced the problem to a blown 10A fuse in the fuse panel inside the vehicle. We grounded a loose wire (found hanging when the dash was removed) and the 10A meter fuse stopped blowing. The car drove normal for about a week...with all the gauges and lights working fine. My friend and I then changed the stock intake tube with a place racing short ram tube yesterday, but the installation didn't cause problems as the cluster was still functioning on the way home. So I get up for school and as I got into the car to warm it up, when I noticed that the information panel does not light up. When started, the tach stays at 0 and the temp gauge stays in the C regardless after warming up the car or driving for a while. I did notice that the red light for the battery icon was dimly lit for a while, but then it disappeared and until now, it no longer shows up.

I'm stumped, the 10A fuse is NOT blown. . I was about to put in the new dash I got at the junkyard when this happened. I'll have to run dashless until I take it to a mechanic...

but if anyone out there can give an insight on the problem before I take it to a professional, PLEASE chime in as this car is ticking me off :( . I'm just glad she's running, but ever since removing this dash, the electrical stuff just kept giving me problems.

PROBLEM RESOLVED. Took it to the mechanic. Turns out that driving without a dash has caused some damage in the instrument cluster's circuit board from rubbing against the metal frame of the car. The mechanic tried to solder it, but that didn't work. Instead he bypassed a connection from one of the electrical connector tabs and routed it to a screw on another part of the cluster to continue electric flow :) . No wonder there were no blown fuses. Fuel Guage, Tachometer, and Temperature Gauge all function normally now.
