I sent PP a while back and didnt receive any confirmations or a PM/email about my order status or anything. I understand that you might be busy maybe with other forums and daily business, but if your gonna be a vendor here you need to keep up the communication or at least have some way to confirm orders. Not having any confirmation makes me think my order never went through.
Can you confirm that it did in fact go through and maybe produce a tracking number or a status or somthing?
thanks

Wow, that seemed a little harsh to me, but maybe I don't know the whole story. I ordered a clutch from them about a month ago, sent payment and pm'd the sales rep to know payment was sent, and got the clutch within a week. Clutch works great btw, so good luck.

Trust me, im not being harsh... Ive bought from CC before and was very happy, but its taking her forever to respond to people here, and I figured once I sent PP I wouldnt need to do their footwork and let them know I sent payment, arent they a company? In my PP i included her name, the clutch part number, and all that. I just figured I would get some sort of confirmation, but I havent. I even got confirmations like 3 everytime I did somthing with overkill and I am assuming theyre a much smaller company.
I just liek communication thats all. If I send someone my money, id like to know that its being handled properly and that my order is being processed in a timely manner.
I am glad you had a good experience with them, as I am sure I will too. I am just posting this because I feel like our site's orders should take a back seat to anything or anyone else.
I haev stated in the past i LOVE CC clutches. I just wanna love the way they do business.
Also I see you havent been here on the forum too long. When you wanna make a personal comment to me try making it in the form of a PM, and leave business talk to the thread. Thanks for your comment though.

Harsh? Not even close, hell it was pretty professional compared to what could have been written.
Anyway, I have been interested in buying one of the combo setup's from them, but I want to see how they conduct there business first. I'm not too keen on sending $400 to a brand new vendor after seeing them take a week to respond to people and weeks to ship out a clutch after receiving payment. We have already been through that with a vendor (ADFAB), I doubt you were here during that, Dawgbizkitz.

ok good news peoples... I got my clutch today in fact. I think that I could have been better updated as to when it shipped or even that my order was processed but all in all... im HAPPY.
Thanks again. Just in the future i think it would be a good idea to somehow let the buyer know whats going on in the process.
Ill buy from CC again in he future for sure.

I'm glad it showed up today. Yes I had a rather good experience with them. I didn't realize that so many people were having communication issues. That being the case I agree with you all entirely, and I rescind my earlier statement. I prefer communication as well. You are correct, I wasn't around for the ADFAB issue. I've had my NX since 2001, but didn't start truly building it until recently at which time I joined this site. It was originally all stock and being used as amateur SPL sound car. Then I wrecked it. I'm a bit sick of SPL competition, so now I'm building a street car; though I doubt at this point that it could be considered street legal.
