Dont buy from this place. I paid $860.00 for some rims a month ago and still have not received them. 2 other buyers were ripped off too. This is also not the first vendor on groupbuycenter.com to rip people off.

I bought every performance product I have from Lost Projects and so did my friends, there was never any promblem at all. I would call Ian to let him know and make sure there is not a mix up.

p.s. (Ian) Lost Projects was the one who rented out the pavillion for the huge nissan gathering in Tampa & dished out all the $$$ to support everyone's(like 150 cars) drinkin & eating habbits. I don't think he would intentionally take $860, when he is well known in the Tampa area to the whole Silvia community.

Hey, I just called Ian for a price earlier & he told me to let you know that your rims are on the way. He said it took so long because you changed the rims in the midst of the order. He said you should receive them just like the down pipe you received in a few days.:D

HUH??? I didn't change sh*t.... This guy is full of it. I told him from the very beginning that I the color I wanted was silver with polished lip (which I just found out doesnt even exist!). He said it might take a while. Which is ok...I waited.

TWO WEEKS AGO he told me that they were right there in front of him, waiting to be shipped. I would get a tracking number the next bus. day. That was TWO WEEKS AGO. Last week, he emailed me and said the same thing... "they are right here, waiting to be shipped". On this TUESDAY...same excuse "you'll have your tracking number tomorrow at the latest".

F*CK IAN. If he was here I'd go to his shop and burn it down. My credit card dispute has already been filed. *IF* I do get my rims of course I will retract the dispute but that's not gonna happen because I am never gonna see my rims from him.

NEITHER ARE THE **OTHER THREE PEOPLE** WHO HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THEIR RIMS AND ARE STILL WAITING LIKE ME.

Just an update... I never got my rims (surprise, surprise). I've just talked to another vendor who confirmed that Circuit 8's dont come in silver with polished lip LoL. Also the other 3 guys (Im sure there are more..but these are the 3 that I am talking to through email) who also ordered from this guy havent received their rims either.

So now do you believe me that this guys a big low-life criminal Se-riousSleeper?

Well, I guess I have nothing to say to that. It just sounded to me like there was a mixup. I can't really vouch for them beyond this point, but I definately know that they are pretty well known in the Tampa Nissan scene & they did help me out with unmatchable deals on thousands of dollars worth of parts, including my Bronze Rota Sub Zeros. I bought every single performance & OEM part from them and they would always have them to me by or before the expected arrival time. I am sorry to hear that you had this happen to you or anyone for that matter, but unfortunately that total BS does happen. Best of luck getting your stuff.

Are you from the same area (Tampa)? Maybe he only rips people off who are far away and would have a hard time coming over there and kicking his ass personally. I did buy a downpipe from him and did get that in time. But the rims were a completely different story. Even if he finally gets those rims in stock and ships them out to me...Im not gonna sign for them. It's been WAY too long and he has no excuse avoiding all my calls and emails. That's not how you do business. $860.00 is not something to play around with. Fortunately I got the money back through my bank... I just hope they are able to get his ass...

Hey man,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. I ordered a B&M short shifter from him about 2 months ago and I still have not received it yet. Fortunately, I did not prepay for it like you did. And by the way, I live in the same city as him. I have tried to contact him numerous times, but to no avail. So, I ordered one from elsewhere. I wish you luck.

Peace,

You live in the same city as he does? Well since you didnt lose any money then I guess it's no big deal...but if I lived over there, I'd definately come after his ass! No I never got the wheels nor did the other 3 guys.. (well I lost contact with one, but the two other guys just emailed me yesterday and said they got their money back thru their banks/paypal, but never heard anything from scam-artist Ian. I got a full refund from my bank and ordered my wheels elseewhere (and received them witin a week). Peace.

Hey everyone. He ripped me off for $3000 on a front clip (black top with silvia K's front end). I've tried contacting him, yelling, destroying business, threatening to sue, filing reports with the FCC/FBI, everything. He assures me he'll get me my money eventually.....yeah like i believe that. There are a few threads on www.zilvia.net in the sale area that talk about him and how he's scamming people. His car is currently for sale on EBAY. He sucks, no matter what anyone says. If any of you live near him i suggest you BEAT HIM UP. Hell if you want i'll get a plane ticket and come out and HELP you. I HATE this guy.

I bought stuff from groupbuycenter.com before. They were very professional. I ordered from coximport.com and turboevolution, had good deals with both of them. You can't bash on groupbuy just because one vendor is bad. Look at ebay, I know there's a bunch of con-artists out there, but my brother orders from there all the time and has yet to have a problem.

I guess that's true. They should try to ban vendors that get a lot of bad reviews though. I was just pissed cause this was the 2nd vendor in a row from Groupbuycenter.com that ripped me off. However I ended up buying my rims from machiii.net which is also a groupbuycenter vendor and my rims came in less than a week!! So I take back what I said about groupbuycenter in general.... but it still would be nice if they made an effort to weed out the bad vendors...
