We are getting close to capacity for both the track day and the picnic. In order to ensure maximum enjoyment and enough food and drink for all:
Registration for the convention track day and picnic will close Monday at 9 pm EST, 6 pm for those on the west coast.
If you have not registered for track day by then, you will not be driving on Friday. There will be a limited number of tickets available to purchase on Sunday for those who show up at the last minute. If you do not have a picnic ticket, you will be welcome at the car show and activities, but you will not be allowed to eat the catered meal. I have to make any additions to the catering order no later than Tuesday at 11 am. It will not be fair to those who have paid to have to support those who choose not to pay.

Will the track be open Thursday evening for trailer drop off?

If enough people want to drop, we can pay for someone to be at the gate from 5-8 for trailer drop off. Maybe others sholud post here so we can see if it is needed.

It might be worth starting a separate thread?

I have no idea how many are towing, but it's more of a security issue for race cars on open trailers in the motel parking lot, plus parking space if there's a number of them. Roeblings schedule doesn't show anything on Thursday, so the paddock should be empty.
