i have been having this problem for a while but since it was winter i let the car sit and have fooled with it much up untill lately.

the car when turned on doesnt have any electrical things working such as dash,turn sig,wipers,sunroof ect if i rev the car up to like 2k they come on but there is a clicking sound under the dash i have narrowed down the relay that is clicking and tis the bottom blue one. i pull the relay and the clicking stops and the lights and everythnig go off.

my battery voltage is and stays right around 11.2volts , i pulled the old one and bought a reman one and still the same problem, pulled it bought a junkyard one tried it , still the same

when the car is on and the clicking is happening, it stops and the lights and everythng still stay on if i unplug the alternators large plug the one with the white wire. then i plug it back in and still the same thing clicking again.

i have tried replacing the relays but still the same problem.

when i turn off the car the cluster clock comes on, but when i turn on the car the cluster clock goes off.

when i rev the car the lights and everything work, but i get the clicking of the relay and the battery still isnt getting charge to near what ti should.

the battery is new and tested good. i looked at the alternator wire harness and there doesnt appear to be anything wrong with it. i also checked all the fuses and all of those are in perfect order.

ive read alot about the reman alternators, however i am getting the same results weather it be reman or used alternators that test good.

does anyone have any ideas?
