Main negative cable was culprit.... super high resistance. Everything was trying to find a ground through other things.... Something so simple and stupid.
DUH!!!!! Oh well. Car's on the road again!

Recently improved my grounds at the location you mention and others, most noticeable difference is car starts immediately instead of after a few cranks even when cold, and accessories no longer dim lights with use.

That's what I meant, sorry I wasn't too clear.
Main ground, just bought another B13, '91 Black, its main ground wire is corroded and it has all the classic symptoms, just not bad enough to keep it from running.
Be replacing that this weekend. Check out the grounding wire run from head to t-sat housing to chassis, that one helped a lot.
