: NOPI can suck my ****
808se-r 08-30-2002, 02:23 PM Well, here's what I ordered 6 weeks ago
x2 Clutchmasters Stage1
x1 O2 Sensor
x1 Pacesetter Header(armorcoat)
x1 Pacesetter Exhaust
so the parts total is 945.45, I ordered on the phone with a David Knight, and he tells me the total is 960 and only the clutch is in stock, the other 3 items are special order.. fine I say.
2 days later I get the clutches, and a separate Invoice for $601.11 for just the 2 clutches, wtf, no one quoted me 60 for shipping. Then I check my credit charges and I get another for 403.17, once again, why the extra shipping charges. Then I find out, my O2 sensor is not even part of any of these charges, more wtf!!!!!!! oh, it'll take another 2-3 weeks for the O2, fuck, its been 6 already, I can make this shit faster.. plus I
m probably gonna get charged more shipping for this.. mf!@!#$@#$@#$@#$@$%$%^#$..
moral, if you get David Knight, call back, he is a moron, who failed to mention proper charges and does not respond to voicemail ever!!!!
fuck, i'm so pissed.. sorry I had to vent
he also tried to justify all the shipping charges because it was dropped shipped.. shit, the last Pacesetter I bought from JCWhitney, I got free shipping and it was dropped shipped, special-ordered too.. FUCK NOPI

That's the biggest load of BS I've ever heard. Drop shipping should be CHEAPER! They're only paying shipping once, from PS to you, instead of PS to Nopi and again, from Nopi to you. What a jackass, I'd be talking to this jackass, knight rider wannabe's, boss. They can't give you a total for something, then start charging you for extra S&H without your permission, simply because they can't seem to get their shit together and get you your parts all at once. I'd bitch and get the shipping waived and threaten to contact your state attorney general's office as well as their's (if'n you and Nopi aren't in the same state) if they don't correct things to your satisfaction. I was planning to order from Nopi in the future, might have to reconsider or at least be on my toes when I do. Awhile back I ordered some parts from JC Whitney, and usually they're really good. But on this occasion I wanted to add something to a previous order I'd placed that same day, to avoid shipping it by itself, which would have doubled the cost of the thing. So I called back and she said she could add the thing. So we do that. It's not on the invoice when I get my stuff, nor is it in the box. So I call and the lady says they can't add stuff after the fact, and I'm like, well she said she could and said she did and I'm not paying shipping to ship just that thing because the shipping costs as much as the item. She said she could waive the shipping and so it was. So you just have to be firm with these people and if they still try to screw you, get your state attorney general involved and have copies of all your invoices and a typed up paper with your phone conversations on them along with dates and times for them. In a worst case scenario, you send back what you've got thus far at Nopi's expense for the shipping, they cancel the rest of your order, and you're refunded 100% of all charges placed on your card by them.
chimmike 08-30-2002, 03:27 PM Nopi is a very reputable company and I have never had problems with them.
Pretty White 08-30-2002, 03:52 PM I have never vented like this before so excuse me:
FUCK NOPI AND THEIR BULLSHIT FUCKING NOPI TOUR. NOPI IS A BUNCH OF FUCKING IDIOTS.
You will never hear me talk like that agian. Sorry.
NissanGuy01 08-30-2002, 03:55 PM I had ordered a strut tower bar and other misc stuff over a year ago. Got it next day (nopi is in georgia and i am in alabama). Service used to be great. The past three months i have tried to order a short shifter...order goes thru, get an email telling me that they are on backorder. I wait a month, no response, try emailing them back. Finally a credit was made to my credit card. Try to get a pacesetter header.....don't even want to go into that. Tried to get other small stuff from them...basically they aren't what they used to be. Or maybe they only car about hondas/acuras....I dont know, their customer service is non-existant.

94sentraSER 08-31-2002, 01:01 AM whoa!!! Nopi i guess has had many complaints in recent months, i haven't had the misfortune of having them screw up my order, i had ordered a clutchmasters stage 1 on a monday and by wednesday the package was at my door, i guess it all depends on what you order and if you call they either A.) the phone is busy and you cant get thru or B.) they put you on hold for like 28 hours, i ordered online so i didnt speak to anyone, but i guess next time im going to make sure the item i want is in stock otherwise im ordering from somewhere else........
Toolapcfan 08-31-2002, 10:38 AM Off topic but, 94sentraser, why would you want to switch your JDM highport to a lowport? I thought highports responded to mods a little better and are overall feel a little more torquey, more fun to drive. Not giving you shit, just curious. :)
94sentraSER 08-31-2002, 02:13 PM well toolapc my usdm engine was a lowport and the jdm engine i bought was a highport, my mechanic had told me i needed to convert it to lowport because of the sensors that were in place and because of the accelerator cable, so i pretty much used the jdm block and put all of my accesories onto the block , i screwed up though because he had sent my jdm parts to the junkyard after i got my car back, after a month of not having my car i didnt really care at that point, except getting my car back......
