Since getting road magnets, I shipped some cheap red springs back to this seller (who stated a refund once they get the item) since those darn things were too small for the car to begin with. Anyway, I have a UPS tracking that shows the item i shipped back had arrived last Tuesday. However, since then the guy has not responded to my e-mails about a refund so now I filed a claim with Paypal. The only document i have is the tracking number information that I sent to Paypal. Other than that I don't know what's gonna happen since I've never filed a claim against an ebay seller before. I paid with my debit card using the paypal system and they are currently "awaiting a response from the seller". anything else i can do to ensure a win on this claim :confused:
