I have recieved confimed status from paypal that the money was sent. And it has left my bank account.

Pretty sure I got took. The guy has 14 posts, joined feb of this year, and just peaced with over $500 of my money.

This is April 2nd and I transferred the money on March 29th.

OK Progress, his g/f sent me an email:

I just spoke to him today. He sent it in 4 individual packages because USPS (United States Postal Service) doesn't ship packages that large. Each package is 15lb and took 45$ each (180$ total) to ship priority. There is no tracking number, the post office told him it would be upwards of 70$ additional charge which he opted out of seeing as how he already advised you as to how much shipping would be...and gave you a break b/c of it. Ill be seeing him later tonight and he has the receipts if you want me to email a picture of them.

So it seems as though they are being shipped. They should arrive by the end of the week if all is as it should be.

OMG 2 of them arrived today. Horribly packaged; missing the strut top on one and someome tell me if this is normal wear for "basically new, just mounted" struts. Pictued in the sale thread he has all 4 struts mounted with tops. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

That is definately not normal at all. As far as i know my suspension on my b13 has been there since day one(and still feels good) but theres no way that haapens just form mounting. the sh*t is stripped and looks like he took a grinder to it... Get refund or throw them things through his window.

He seriously said that the wear on the shafts happened in shipping? That's ridiculous. You need to open a PayPal claim NOW.

Paypla dispute was opened when he took 5 days to even ship this. So it's been open a while, its now a claim.

Dude This was a few months ago and I had already sent him the money he requested. This is the reason why im not shipping anything out of the nation anymore. This problem should have been resolved and yes i should have had a negative trading rep for it.

The bottom line here also is that it's pick up only so I wouldn't be trying to gip anyone here LOOK AT THE PRICES IT WOULD BE RETARDED. I just need to get rid of the stuff and use the money for vegas

I picked up some stuff from this guy today and he was pretty cool and straight forward.

Maybe there was some miscommunication or mistakes were made.
Hopefully you guys can resolve your disagreement...
