Well on Wednesday night I went out to Sac. Raceway in Northen California. I have s3's, gen4 header, greddy sp exhaust, hs cai, and jwt comp. I was running pretty crapy times from the get go, maybe because the heat or I don't know(that's the least of my worry's) but on my last run I got some phsyco, crazy wheel hop. And i was like what the heck. Then I heard the noise, clunck, my heart dropped and I knew exactly what it was. Broke the tranny case at the usual spot and had seperated like two to three inches. I also have all four motor mounts. I was running Falken Azenis tires at 29psi. But any ways it took my this long to tell everyone becasue i didn't want to vent anything out. That was taken care of the passenger side window, but i broke my knukle and had to get stiches. Oh well, I will be building a tranny now, and hopefully i won't brake it for a couple of more years. Thanks for listening everyone.

Yeah, it sucked big time...I watched it happen and was thinking to myself - damn his exhaust is shaking a lot.

I think it was the Azenis that did you in fool. Super-stiff sidewalls and a little too much air pressure spells wheel hop.

Ah, well...we'll resurrect it again, this time free of the curse!

probably, but next time i go out (next year) i shall only run on drag radials or slicks. live and learn and life goes on.
