did a self diagnostic. it read 33 which is exh. gas sensor for calif. models only. on my bb eng. no such sensor. but noticed that the plug on the harness for this had a piece of this sensor. I threw it out now will this code keep coming out. I used a new harness. it has some extra plugs with no home. will this affect the engines performance if they are left open? all of the other sensors are covered. will do a new diag. soon.

To get rid of the check engine light for this missing sensor, you will need to wire in a 100K ohm resistor in place of the connector.
