Is that my old manifold you are using? You may want to move the MAF a little further away from the Turbine. Just IMHO

yeah, the swirling of the compressor will cause erratic MAF readings

Damn Travis, that is quite the setup you got going there!!!!

Are you running a Crane ignition?

Yes that is your old manifold. We changed the WG location a bit. We made a 90* adapter to put the wg top facing the trans, then ran an open dump straight down past the oil pan. It is a full 3" dp, exhaust, perf core resonator, no cat, and 3" straight through rice can. Forge front mount which fits perfectly in the front of his spec V bumper. By far the easiest intercooler install I have ever had to do.
I helped Travis on all the plumbing. Unfortunatly since I was in his neck of the woods (about an hour away) I couldnt bring the gas with my mig welder. I ran flux core wire but the welds looked like crap. We ground them down to keep them clean. I wish I had a small portable tig. That would be so damn NICE!!!....
I cant wait to drive that damn car!!

yeah, the forge intercooler is a great size for easy fitment. i only had to grind about 0.5" from the bumper cover to get it to fit, and nothing from the support.
what A/R compressor is that, it looks huge, even for a T04E.

as others have said, make sure you move the MAF farther away from the turbo. Bends in the path help too. Otherwise you will have funny drivability and stalling problems. Looks good!

60 A/R Compressor Housing, with 60 Trim compressor wheel, stage III Turbine with a .63 housing (for now :D)
BTW I forgot to knock out the inlet pipe while I was in town. That is why Travis stuck the AFM where he did. I think he found something to move it...
