After the first round is completed ( meaning the remaining headers are built and shipped) I will be doing another Group buy for these headers as there seems to be enough interest. I will need ATLEAST 25 deposits or paid in full to even consider ordering any materials to get it going, but 30 headers is the minimum for me. Some of the pricing has changed because of material costs going up ( as always)

Here is the breakdown.

Base full merge header with 2 bolt flange $560
Add V band $40
Add spare O2 sensor $15
Ceramic coating header $160
Ceramic coating rear section $60

Bright Chromex silver +$35 for header +$15 rear section

I just found out about the material and V band price increase 5 minutes ago so that is one reason for the new thread starting. Also, this will make it easier to keep track of everything. Those of you that have already paid in full for this Group buy, you can keep the old pricing because I didnt know at the time it would go up.

There WILL be and end date to this GB. the end date is April 30th which is 3 weeks away.

IF there is more than 30 people interested, I will do more than 30 headers.

I will not be ordering materials untill after the 30th because I will not know how much I will be needing.

I take Paypal or Money Order. PM me for the Address for M/O.

If you are not 100% sure how you want the header, coated or not, Then just send a $400 deposit and I wont start collecting the balance until after the 3rd of May.

Depends on how close to 30 we get. If we get to say 24-25 then I will still get the GB going. If there is say only 15, then I will do a special price, but I can not offer the full discount. The header would probobly be $40-50 more than the stated GB pricing.

International shipping has been between $125-165 roughly and that is by the USPS. UPS to some countries is cheaper though PR is cheaper by UPS.

I Am not ordering any more materials until the end of the GB so I know how much I need. Then its probobly 2 weeks till I get everything, then I can start assembling them after all the parts get here. So probobly 3 weeks untill the headers start shipping out after the GB is over.

For those interested in this header with a stock motor setup, completely stock, here are the gains.

only changes was i reset ignition timing to around 20 degrees cause it didnt want to run right...

i had to do several runs because the ECU kept pulling timing and or fuel out for some reason so i had to get it set so it wouldnt do that. then i got 3 runs identical....
