I've searched thru several 17" wheel subject pages so please go easy on the flames (give me a sporting chance - start with the lowest setting on your flamethrower - I might be able to outrun the flames). Apparently, 205/40/16 is the best fit and one guy that seems to be an expert says that 205/45/17 won't fit... but I don't know they size of the 17" wheels on ebay. Some say 17" wheels are okay unless your have a passenger, some say that you can't run stock suspension. Does anyone out there have these wheels and what is your experience.

why would you want to run a 17" wheel anyways? did you read anything that Kojima wrote regarding wheels and suspension?

The bolt pattern on those are 4x114.3. Your 92 SE-R has a 4x100 bolt pattern. You would have to use adapters, get them re-drilled, or convert to G20/b15 axles, rotors, etc....

They won't fit. Move on to something that doesn't fail.

Some of us that have a brembo package and 6 speed swap are stuck with 17s. 'Course, Motegi Traklites weighing in at 14lbs make up some for the horror that is the 17" wheel.

It's may be only my opinion, but 17's just don't look right on a B13.

I think my black 17's look great on my car. I just need to put my suspension on.
