Do you know the make of the alarm? If it is a code alarm then put the key in the ignition and turn it from off to on 3 times (without starting car). The security light should start flashing at you. Now your car is in valet mode. You will have to do this again to take it out of valet mode. There may also be a switch in the trunk that activates valet mode. It would be in the female latch area where the trunk closes at. Good luck! :biggthump

I have a similar problem, if the valey thing doesnt work..just lock your car manually rather than using the key fob to lock it. I have to do that otherwise my alarm goes off by itself randomly.

i did the factory alarm still going off

If it is the factory alarm. Open the door with the key on the driver's side, if that doesn't work open the door with the key on the passengers side.
