I ordered a set of wheels and tires from your website a while ago now (order was placed on Sunday March 29th). It consisted of a set of Drag DR-31 wheels and a set of Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs. I was called the next day and was told that the tires I had ordered were special order status and would take 10-14 business days before I received them and was asked to confirm the order. I did confirm and have since been waiting. Today is business day number 18 and I am starting to get rather anxious as to when my wheels are going to get here (as I have already missed the first autocross event of the season because of this delay). My reference number is 878628. I sent an email to your consumer affairs department a few days ago and have not gotten a response. When should I expect my wheels to arrive?

According to my system, your order was processed today and will be shipped out of our OH distribution center. As soon as UPS picks up your packages we will emal you the tracking information. Can we be expecting some pics?

Yeah I talked to Brad on the phone today, nice guy and very helpful. I decided to switch to the MB Wheels Competitions in gunmetal. I think they look great, plus they're lighter than the DR-31's and have a slightly lower offset. And I was not charged the difference in these more expensive rims, which is definitely a plus. I can't wait to get them, but am sorta bummed that I'm gonna miss event number 2 of the season as well. Oh well, it's still early on. And you bet your ass there will be pics! :biggthump

After talking with Brad on Thursday, my new order was placed and I had my wheels waiting for me on Monday! A few minor problems though, the tires were overinflated by 10 psi when I received them and two of the tires were mounted backwards (as you can see in the pics), but I got it taken care of. Although there was some communication confusion to begin with, everything was cleared up and dealt with very professionally and I am very satisfied with how I was treated. Would definitely recommend to others! And on to the pics...

On a side note, we inflate all wheel and tire combo's to the max psi of the tire for shipping purposes.
