Ju§tin se-riusb14 09-04-2002, 05:12 AM That is ghetto wack sh!t If it really works on an SR20 art_from_ct 09-04-2002, 09:43 AM I'm sure the person selling THAT manifold is either is trying to pull a fast one or just doesn't have any idea what he has.....but, Some of the honda guys that want to go cheap and fast ( the pick any 2 rule applies here) use a stock manifold from a different model, like an HF manifold (~$30)on a CRX and bolt on a MX-6/Probe Turbo (~$50) to it. Rig up a Starion or Saab intercooler ($50) to it, bosch bov ($35) and other cheap one off parts. They get very creative. One guy has this setup on Honda-Tech and is running 13's and spent a total of $150.00. Yes that's total for the entire turbo 'kit'. Yes it's ghetto but it works, and it'll beat the snot out of a standard bolt on car. It would be interesting to find a similar solution for the Nissan crowd. :) edit:changed Hx to HF manifold. | ||
