Is running coolant lines neccessary???? I work at a Subaru dealership and one of the techs fixed my starter and he said that I should run coolant lines or the turbo will seize up... I have the lines in the car they just arent run yet.. When we did the turbo we had different ideas on installing the lines... I have a T28 setup running 8 to 9 psi.. Thanks..

Yes, you should. There's enough heat produced in a turbo. If the water doesn't take off some of it, the oil will and that's not too good. I would run them before boosting.
