How hard it to rebuild/revalve Koni inserts at home? I was looking at buying some used ones cheap, and redo them myself (costs $125 each at Truechoice). Is it even feasible, or worth my time?

If you have the tools, probably not that hard. But, they are pretty specific tools which aren't cheap.... I'd personally just have someone rebuild them for me(i.e. Truechoice who i got my suspension from).

They have a gas charge in them so to do it right you need to seal them with the gas in the shock

That totally depends upon the Koni damper or insert. Not all of the Koni dampers are gas filled, e.g. the 8611.
