I wouldn't even complain if I were you, you got a nice pulley for a great deal. At least wait a day or two before disputing(it was the weekend, people have lives outside the internet), and if you could read the tracking number, I just missed typed it, instead of 25 characters it was 24. Sorry you had a bad experience, but I did send everything when I said it was sent.

This is why I only go through Paypay to avoid the "hey you took my money, and I'm left with no item" deal. Seriously, at least wait two days for sellers to reply back, specially on weekends. It's a better deal then waiting for performance companies to respond to your emails, I'm sure some of you know what I mean. So, next time if anyone doesn't get a response from a performance company(specially during the weekends) and they're paying through paypal, please file a dispute right away.
