Okay midwesterners!

As promised, we will host a GTG at our home (in our backyard) in Mt. Prospect, IL on Saturday, July 11th -- tentative start at 3pm until ???

I realize this is very advance notice but some of you may need to plan well in advance.

We will please need folks to volunteer to bring stuff for this shindig. I'll keep this 1st post updated with who is attending and what they are bringing. Many of you already have been here and know how to get to our home but those who don't will need to please email me for phone number and directions (sorry but I'm not going to post it up on a public forum).


Attendance List from g20.net so far:

Chris & Mike -- your hosts :) (we have lawn jarts, anyone remember those?) we supply hot dogs and buns
Steve (Dragoneye) -- bringing bean bag toss and Dragoneye special chip dip :D
Rush (Rushmatic) -- bringing some of his Indian Chicken (I forget what its called)
Jake (hobbs) -- bringing 'large amounts of drinks' (WOOT!)
Ceaser (Cesardrgn) -- cake and possibly drinks
SR20s rule -- BRINGING HAmburgers and buns

this date is getting closer!!!

just picked up hotdogs (*9 packages) this morning :-) will wait until the day before on the buns obviously.. lol

I'll need to get a better idea of headcount by next saturday.

I don't mind a small GTG but I also don't want to be caught off-guard by a big one.

We have larger tables we can set up, cover from sun/rain etc if we have a bigger group (ie. if we get 20 to 30 instead of 5 to 10 showing up)

GTG Update:

I've rounded up some supplies and have an extra propane tank, plates and napkins, condiments and plenty of hotdogs..

we have several people wanting to bring dogs so we are welcoming dogs provided the weather is nice and they can be out in the backyard playing (we do have a rather large fenced in backyard so they should do fine and like I said earlier, if Molly (our dog) doesn't want to play nice, she gets to be inside while everyone else enjoys the back yard!

Please PM me if you know you are attending with a count *just let me know how many adults and kids + dogs (if any) and so I can give you the addy.
