I would call JWT and ask them. They are the manufacturer. Their site is a little confusing. They may have something if you have a chat with them.
Part Number: ASER1-000S5
a little search (very little) pops up a S5 listing here for $550:
http://www.sportcompactonly.com/JWT/Performance/part_c-1_b-18_p-42959.htm
but their "$769 MSRP" sounds bogus, JWT sells S4/C2/C3 for $560 MSRP, so IDK where they get their prices from.
However I've seen them sold for $200 less than their price (~$350-400 new) by individuals, so check around forums.
Wish I could find a similar discounted deal on a new set of springs (ASER1-SPRNG), $399 MSRP, which is as much as I paid for my cams new. Nice spring set, but at full retail C2 cams+springs+adj gears = $1100 MSRP.
Gears are priced right for a quality product, $140 full price is worth it IMHO.

You'll get some midrange back when you tighten the lobe centers. Makes it pull really well from about 4500-8000rpm.
Unfortunately, you'll lose a fair amount below 4500, but I don't think our car is ever below that RPM going full-tilt. Cool part is it'll really idle like a racecar. Our car sounds like its got a small block in it with a healthy cam, at least at idle... :D
My second B13 (another Black '91), is setup with just S3's and JWT tuned ECU for same, and man does the motor follow the pattern you mention. Below 4500, it's like crawling out of a hole. There's a modest gain and a surge of sorts above 5500 all the way to ~7800 rpm.
On one track here (NHMS (http://www.comscc.org/events/track-information/nhms/nhms.gif)) there is a steeply banked 180 deg turn (6-7) with an uphill exit, and nfw can I run that entirely in 3rd w/o dropping down to about 4000-4200, and that low point hits just past the apex when the pavement starts to rise. If I carry enough speed that the motor is 4500 or above, it's pure goodness but I am sticking my outside wheel almost off the pavement doing so. It's frustrating because the 3-2 shift doesn't feel right for that corner, it's a tossup which feels worse - dogging it up the hill or downshifting. In the rain I couldn't come close to 3rd gear speeds and used second consistently, only place on course where it remotely makes sense.
Drives me crazy because my 10:1 car with stock cams is the same way, and if I run the car with the S3's I'm kicked upstairs to class where I don't want to be. But it seems like very few cams really generate more power below 4500, it's more like "how much do I not lose"...I used to take that same corner in my '03 Z at about 4000 in 3rd gear, and when I got on the throttle it just jumped to 5500. I was running that stock class so having at least 200 ft-lbs to the wheels from 2500-6500 rpm wasn't a penalty due to upgrades, that's the way the car came stock.
Last TT there a B14 200SX/SE-R in Street Touring 4 class (same as me) finished second with one Miata in front, and about 10 Miatas more behind, call it class miata. During practice I could run with him so I'd love to get a 2-3 finish with SE-R's. 1st will take awhile, there was a 2 second gap on 1.6 miles from 1st to second, the driver is a regular instructor at that track and knows every inch of it, so outdriving him may take some work ;)
Sorry for the OT, my point really is couldn't agree more, it's the only track I've run where I could not stay above 4500 in 3rd gear everywhere, or if there was a 3-2-3 shift it was not even close, not optional. NJMP Lightning course is so fast I rarely saw less than 6000 in any gear, ran 3-4 the entire course, 80 mph avg lap speeds on street tires.
All I could think of there was "damn I wish I had my C2's in the car!"

Keep in mind Time Trial rules with NASA have changed for 2009. Make sure you aren't running illegally in the class you want to run in with power to weight ratio allowance. All it takes is one competitor to contest you!

so how does the car sound at idle with the S5's?

I'm only running Club level TT's this season, no worries.
I'm selling some C2s with springs and retainers for a very decent price if you are interested :)

Car dyno'ed using NASA specs at 138 whp and 122 tq with stock ECU (been hunting for Calum) Later found that cylinder 4 was only holding 30psi compression. Leakdown and rebuild in process.
Moving to C2 cams and will dyno after tune with Calum ECU.
