does any one have a diagram on the sr20det s13, vacuum lines, waist gate, bov, fuel pressure reg etc.

Real simple:

Of the three vacuum ports on the throttle body:
-The bottom one goes to the canister
-The big one on the top goes to the canister and gets t'ed to the bov
-The little one goes to the fpr and wastegate actuator(unless you have a port
on the ic pipes for a boost source for the actuator) and boost gauge if you
have one...
