What are better NGK PFr6g-11 or BKR7Es on a stock SR20DET?

I'm runnin the bkr6e's on my detwith a .030 gap....runs good

for a stock det, the 6 heat range plugs are fine, whether it be the B's or P's.

temp 7 is too cold and will have some running problems if youre not heavy boosting everywhere.

on the subject of plugs we often use PFR7B they work well in our
GTiR's if you gap them to .7 instead of .8/9 thats if you run 1 bar of boost not sure if ambient temp would change this though and fuel ron
