I have a '92 SE-R, no mods. The engine died, so I put in another SR20DE out of a '92 NX2000. I made the assumption that my SE-R ECU is compatible with this SR20DE as well. Am I wrong or what? I'm having some serious issues with the new engines performance. It only had 60,000 on it, and the damange to the NX was in the rear, so I don't think it is the engine.

Suggestions?

The ECUs are the same.
