WHHHOOAAAAA!! I got my first official use of nitrous after tuned and the heater. I was in 3rd gear around 4 grand...cruising next to a C5 Black Corvette. We were doing about 45ish. I stayed close to let him know I wanted....he took off first and then my nitrous engaged. I stayed at his tail!!!!! OMG!! I am sooo stoked people!! We slowed down after like 80....Dont wanna get stupid, plus this was on the street(which I know I know...isnt good)

Also, the heater made that much of a difference?

Well tune wise its mainly just make sure your timing is stock(I'm only 50 shot for now), gap the plugs correctly, and I make sure I'm running just a tad rich. Which all those are check. The heater is NIGHT and DAY. Its not even comparable....thats how much better it improved.

Damn, I'm running an 85 shot, without a heater, and it sucks. It's direct port, too.

I can't wait for my heater, I've been looking for some words from people with experience to give me some refreshing words, b/c it doesn't seem fast.

I am waiting on my heater to arrive, so I bumped my timing back up to 18* until it comes in, my bottle is empty anyway.

its all about bottle pressure. under 900psi is a world of difference. To spray under 800psi is a waste of nitrous. My NX warmer keeps it between 950psi - 1050psi.

agreed jon!! I have the zex heater ***(still auto)....I was disappointed without the heater on there.
