: ..crank yes...fire no??

...ok here we go again!

Engine cranks now (due to the wire I ran from the ignition to the starter) but does not fire.

I'm completely at a loss. Compression is between 194-199 psi in all 4 cylinders. I have fuel and spark now (replaced the power transistor/ignitor as per FSM testing).

Continuity for the coil-on-plugs is good and there is power going to them. Continuity for the injectors is also good and again they have power as well.

Timing has been re-checked and cam position sensor set to proper position.

So as I said..I'm at a complete loss. If anyone has any ideas at all, I will greatly appreciate the input. Thank you.

..I wasn't sure if it should be under a different title or not ("no crank, no fire" was the first thread).

I'm sorry for the confusion.

I just had the same problem, and realized that the coil and reverse light connectors are the same and also located in the same area of the engine bay.
As well, the O2 sensor and igniter chip connectors are also the same, make sure you try swapping those around.
