It's not too often that you see three NXs together in Ontario. This is from last June, I just got around to posting it.

I remember a number of years back, at a Thousand Island Zed Club lapping day at Shannonville and someone who obviously remembered us from other events came up and said "two black NX's - so these things still come in twos?" :)

I remember that. I think that was Eric Brunner. His son Rob drive's a blue MR2 SC. Very nice people.

Where were you about 7 years ago? :) There used to be lots of SR20's at Shannonville. I think that was when James was still in Toronto or had just moved to Kingston. There was my car, James', Alex's, Andre's, Jason Steeves' G20, Bob Armstrong's cars, etc...

Ah, the good old days...

That's my VVl in the middle, it was nice to finally meet you guys up at Shonnonville, too bad we didn't have a chance to do even one lap together (that would be sweet, maybe next season!)... I am out for the rest of the season as my wife is delivering our second baby in a week. But before that I am hunting for new shoes for my NX as my Azenis are pretty much done and I am hungry for more grip (I think I am ready to switch to R comp)...

I'm old enough that I absolutely remember the good old days - just not the ones you're referring to! Seven years ago I had just started upgrading my NX. I was looking for lapping days, but didn't even know they were called lapping days. :rofl: I'm making up for it now!

PM me. Last spring I had a group buy with Hankook in conjunction with my lapping day. That will happen again this year with commitment taking place in the fall. Hankook performance street and all of their R-compounds. The prices will be good! Handling superb.
