N/A VE engine... assuming you want to 'replicate' the most power VE setup?

Well, it depends on how far you want to go and your budget, plus the knowledge assembling it, getting tolerances right and then the tuner.

Throw $20K at an engine with the right work, you may hit 280WHP but dont expect the engine to last long between full rebuilds due to the high rpm stress and abuse your bound to dish out on it ;)
