i got it today, and put it on tonight. i followed the directions, and adjust it. well my first run it boosts past 15(would have went higher), and i get off it. im like wtf? so i adjust it, making the screw smaller, and it doesnt help. i finally realize that if the screw is longer, it will allow more air in to open the wastegate. well, 15 psi in 2nd at 35=wheelspin.:D it was fun, but i dont want to boost that much, yet.

so my question, what is a "safe" level for street use? should i stick with stock, 6.5psi?
my set up
t25 bb det
stock tmic(hopefully by saturday, it will be fmic)
2 1/2 turbo back exhaust
i guess thats it.

I've heard many times on this forum that 370cc injectors top at 12psi and the stock fuel pump at 11.5-12psi. I don't know about stock maf though.

I'm running 9psi on street and that's enough for me now!

forgot, i have the warlboro 255hp pump. im thinking i might just stay stock, or at most got to 8psi.

with walbro, fmic, and 3" exhaust, stock, inj, maf, 11.75 is the safe max. I don't know if 2.5in ex, would affect that or not. I've got fmic, 3in EXH. and walbro, low boost, 6.5, when somebody pisses me off, 10.5psi, (and people on the street piss me off a lot):D , no problems

With a t25, I don't think it's the injectors that are the limit but the fuel pump first and then the MAF. Either way, 15 psi is past the efficiency peak of the turbo. And running that much boost will kill the turbo faster. I just stick to stock boost on the street and only turn it up for getting by someone ;)
