Manifold, T25 and actuator. I would say it has minimal shaft play, but that is a pretty subjective statement (5 years ago I used to have a T25 with more play that worked just fine). It had some oil on the compressor side when I took it off last year, but it didn't smoke or make abnormal noises. I wasn't using an oil catch, so I assume it was blow by and not leaky seals. I also tack welded the nuts to prevent the turbo from separating from the manifold. This is a journal bearing T25, not the W11 ball bearing turbo.
