did you use your credit card with paypal?

if yes, you can call to complain with your credit card company on 'never received what ordered' if paypal doesn't come through for you.

No it was paypal balance I had in there.:(
I am considering using a credit card in the future for that reason.

hey guys,

first off, id like to let you know i have refunded eggman. I would like to let u guys know what its pretty awesome that u guys jumped in with all kinds of advice on how to deal with the issue. Truth is, my father passed away in mexico, and i just left. Aside from dealing with the arrangements, I did not have a computer available to me. I tried my best working from my cell phone, but the 2 emails i tried to send to him bounced.. maybe the email address he had on the forums wasnt updated. anywho, I am very sorry this happened the way it did.

only other POSSIBLE issue with NOT responding to PM is IF he was on his phone instead of computer.. I know I can't look at my PMs very easily on my bberry..

but 2 weeks would have me concerned as well..

Same happens to me on my N95... it's a pain in the *** to reply with it

It's a good thing to hear the seller has come back and refund the full money. Few like him, really.

BTW.. Chris you have been the best seller I have made bussiness with on this forums!!! :biggthump

Sorry to hear about your father.I understand that family comes first of course. It is terrible to have to deal with the loss of a loved one.

I feel like your post is misleading, though. Is not like you voluntarily just sent me a refund.
Yes Paypal did refund my money, after I made a claim against you.I would have much rather just had the part I paid for,but I am glad that I didn't lose my money this time.Seems like it would have been easier for you to just ship the part out when you got back, that would have been fine with me.

As far as contacting me goes,I am not sure what the problem was,as my email address(which is the same as my paypal) has been the same for the last 12 years, and I have been getting all my other emails fine:confused:It seems like if you could be online here on the forum, you could have at least sent me a pm here .I am on here once or twice a day, usually.
Anyway I just wanted to clear that up.
I am also sorry that this happened like this, and that I had to start a thread and make a claim against you in order to hear back.

Funny thing is that I was not in any hurry for the part.My car that it was for wont be ready for months.I just wanted to know what was going on thats all.
I simple pm would have saved alot of time and frustration for both of us.Basically,I sent you money and never heard back until now.

Again,I am sorry for your loss and wish you the best.
Thanks
Jay

hey Jay,

this is what i got when i tried to email you:

i dont know if i was geting failures due to being on a mobile, outside of the country, or something else.

the online forums functions were limited due my phone, i could not send pms for some reason.

Anywho, I do take responsibility for not contacting you sooner, and the reason i sent your refund through paypal as soon as i got back was to remedy the situation asap, and let you know my good will to resolve the issue. Matter of fact, i still need to sell the part as i have no use for it, but didn't know how soon you wanted it/needed it at the time. If you would still be interested in having the part, we could work out the same terms, I wouldnt blame u if u didn't though.. lol.

I have not used the yahoo account in a while.I will have to fix that here on the forum I guess.
